Fido and zombie pin ups

I've never heard about this film however it's from 2006.
My Love found out one day that this is what I really need to see, since I can't come unstuck if there's any horror - thriller on the screen.

The film takes place in a 1950s-esque alternate universe where radiation from space has turned the dead into zombies. This resulted in the "Zombie Wars", where humanity battled zombies to prevent a zombie apocalypse, with humanity the ultimate victor. The radiation still plagues humanity, as all those who die after the original contamination turn into the undead, unless the dead body is disposed of by decapitation or cremation. In order to continue living normal lives, communities are fenced with the help of a governing corporation named Zomcon. Zomcon provides collars with accompanying remote controls to control the zombies' hunger for flesh so as to use them as slaves or servants.

macabre + 50s = horror
Really nice juicy pictures and a lot of original vintage accessories. 'Trinity' matches perfectly !

And this bag is Bobbie Jerome. It happened that I just bought one on eBay with the same pattern. Silk outside. I'm kind of proud of this one.
But I have to admit - I am going to retire from eBay for a while.
I expect some difficulties and I have faith in my power.

The last thing I wanted to put these are some old photos from my friend. He sent it to me some long time ago. For f.ex. Zombie Crawl which is Yes! here in Copenhagen in the end of May, excellent inspiration.

Be ugly, scary, bloody also with style.

Elisabeth Taylor

27.02.1932 - 23.03.2011

I really loved her in 'Who's afraid of Virginia Wolf'. And the story of her romance with Richard Burton makes me sad every time I read about it or see them together in a movie.

Elephant's Walk isn't very exciting ... in contrary to her wardrobe there!!
Great detailed POST from the dresses point of view.
Designed by Edith Head - as I read she liked to take someone's ideas or achievements and present them as hers.

That's my nr 1 ! peach night gown. My first true inspiration!

"I am very committed wife. And I should be committed too - for being married so many times."

"I never wanted a carrier - it was forced on me."

"I have a woman's body and child's emotions"

"I, along with the critics, have never taken myself very seriously"

"if someone's dumb enough to offer me a million dollars to make a picture, I'm certainly not dumb enough to turn it down."

"I don't pretend to be an ordinary housewife."

"I've been through it all, baby. I'm Mother Courage."

"Success is a great deodorant. It takes away all your past smells."

Project Woman

Sometimes it happens I feel more decisive and mannish than men around me.
'Gender is an illusion.' - is it?
I was wondering if strong character takes away part of my femininity, and I think it does.
So is it that to keep my womanhood alive I need to implement everyday
woman - mission?
It became sort of habit so I don't notice it so often but it's there.
My project 'me - woman' is quite visible and aggressive, sometimes. It's getting stronger when I'm irritated and gentle when I'm feeling good.
But when I realized that I have to enrich it everyday otherwise it's fading,
I feel more like I steer my day.
